Behind all
the Magic
This didn't start in a boardroom. It started the way most important things do. With a conversation between two people who love this city and couldn't stop asking what it would look like if its voices had a stage worthy of them.
I have spent my career inside the science of how people learn, grow, and find their voice.
As a doctor of educational leadership, a stage manager by training, and a course creator by obsession.
I have built my life around one belief: that real impact happens when you care deeply AND know exactly what you are doing. One without the other is just noise.
Together they change everything.
I also really love a good paradigm shift in the morning. Lechon and I co-founded Ofcourse on that belief. I carry it into every room I walk into, including this one.
I serve as the Executive Producer of TEDxOrlando. I know what a stage can do for a city. And I know what it feels like when a city's voices don't get the room they deserve. That ends April 25th.
Lechon is a United States Marine veteran, a brand builder, and the kind of partner who doesn't just believe in a vision. He builds it.
What can't you do with a Marine in your corner. We have been building things together for a long time. VOICES: Orlando is our most personal one yet.
Welcome to VOICES: Orlando. We are so glad you're here.— Dr. Carrie Rose and Lechon Kirb
